The short version

Be honest about your dog, be decent to other people, and meet in public. We provide the introduction; what happens at the park is between you and the other owner.

Who can use PawMatch

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person. Do not create an account for someone else.

What you post

You keep ownership of your photos and profile text. By posting them you give us permission to show them to other PawMatch users, purely so the service can work.

You must not post anything that is not yours to post, anything that identifies another person without their consent, anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that depicts animal cruelty or neglect. We remove content and accounts that break this, without notice.

Meeting other owners

PawMatch does not verify identities and does not run background checks. Meet in a public place, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgement about your own safety and your dog's. Dogs are animals and can behave unpredictably. You are responsible for your dog and for anything it does.

Reporting and blocking

Every chat has a report-and-block option. Reports are reviewed by a person. Blocking is immediate: a blocked user disappears from your deck and cannot reach you.

Premium

PawMatch Premium unlocks seeing everyone who liked you, unlimited likes, priority placement, undo, and super likes. During the current release Premium is granted for evaluation and no payment is taken. When paid subscriptions begin, prices, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you are charged, and any purchase made through an app store is governed by that store's refund rules.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

No warranty, and limits

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise you will find a match, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PawMatch or from any meeting arranged through it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
