Delete your data

You can delete your PawMatch account and everything attached to it yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to email anyone or wait for us.

In the app

Profile → Delete account → confirm. That is the whole process.

What gets deleted, immediately

Your dog's profile — name, breed, age, temperament, interests
Every photo you uploaded, removed from our storage
Every like you sent and every like you received
Your swipe history
All of your matches, and every message inside them
Your sign-in account, including your mobile number

Nothing is retained afterwards, and none of it can be recovered — including by us.

If you cannot open the app

Email ayush@houseoftech.ai from the mobile number you signed up with, or tell us that number. We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

Backups

Deleted records may persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll over. They are not accessible to the app or to other users during that period.
